SKVAL implements strict quality inspection and quality control guidelines. In-house lab is built to do Chemical Elements Analysis, Mechanical Property Testing etc. Non-destructive tests such as Ultrasonic Test, Magnetic Particle Test, Dye Penetrate Test, Radiographic Test, Positive Material Identification (PMI), Ferrite Content Test are widely used. We also cooperate with national lab to carry out Metallographic Test and Pitting Corrosion Test when required. All valves and materials are registered in an internal tracking system to support ongoing quality control efforts. In our Special Testing Center, we can do High Pressure Gas Testing, Cryogenic Testing and Fugitive Emission Testing to provide high quality and high value added ball valves. |
